Our operations managers now use an app provided by @Coredinate for completing their operational documents, during a site visit last week, Justin Burrow one of our Ops Managers, completed an appraisal on one of our security colleagues, during the appraisal the colleague asked if he could have some training on computers, specifically Excel. Once the forms are completed on the app, they get disseminated to a member of the head office team, because this was a HR form it landed on Kathryn’s desktop, as soon as Kathryn read that the officer would like some training she booked a course and the officer has been sent the course joining instructions, it is great when our security colleagues want to further their development, as ultimately it is our customers who benefit from having well trained staff working on their assignment. I love it when a plan comes together.

Impact Services are proud to announce we are corporate members of BICS the British Institute of Cleaning Science. Soon we will be rolling out the BICS training modules to all of our cleaning operatives.

Our Impact Security Team based in Derby, The Derbion, Shopping Centre. We have recently increased our security team from a few to 15 officers now working in one of the largest shopping centres in the UK.

We have just been reaccredited with Safe Contractor, it’s a Health & Safety accreditation and we get audited on annual basis by an external auditor.

We have been recognised by the MOD for taking part in their armed forces covenant, in essence this means that we support the Armed Forces personnel in terms of offering them employment when they leave the Forces.

We have just had our year 18 Annual Approved Contractor Scheme Audit, from the British Assessment Bureau working on behalf of the Security Industry Authority, I am delighted to inform you that we have just received our new certificate as proof that we have passed the audit.
